Leo Tolstoy 

           Once Leo Tolstoy, a world famous writer, even the greatest soul Mahatma Gandhi was also influenced by his writing, wanted to recruit an assistant in his office. He gave an advertisement in the newspaper.

            One of the best friend of Tolstoy recommended him a candidate who was highly educate,rich,good qualified and lot of certificate winner.

             On the day of an interview many candidates were there to face the interview. Interview began and candidates faced it. At the end of the interview Tolstoy selected another candidate who was not highly educated, he'd not any certificates.

             Tolstoy's friend asked him reasons,    He replied that, though the candidate had not any certificates and though he wasn't highly educated,he was polite, decent amicable and highly cultured and one of the best thing I like that was,he had not any recommendation letters. He was confident of his potential. He seemed devoted,hard worker and sincere. Firstly he sought permission to enter and to sit in the chair. 

That I couldn't find in the candidate that you recommended.

Tolstoy's friend was speechless.
