Teaching learning is a continuous process,never stop it. Teaching learning process have been changed in those days. In the old days, what's going on in the class, only teacher were talking throughout the lecture and students were passive listeners. They'd no space to express themselves in the class hence they're less advance in using language practically.
So today to make them advance or active learners,we teachers have to transform our class from Teacher centred to Learner centred. Today Learner centred class is active and successful class. Syllabus setters have designed the syllabus in functional and activity based. Teacher's job is remained only to guide his or her learners in proper way. Teacher should play the role of facilitator nothing else. Teacher should design his or her own activities for learners only for practice in the class.
Today teacher has to be cautious about his or her own current knowledge. He or she must be up to date because he or she must keep in mind that his or her learners have been changed. It is not an old class, it is a class in the computer age.
We Teachers have to change and we must adapt it. Let them learn of their own.
