Why Do Students Come to School ?

           
       Why do children come to school?
It is very funny question,isn't it? One can answer to question simply to learn only. Yeah it's right but how to learn only by lecturing them for six hours daily. No it's not learning.It's only lecturing by teacher whatever he/she has prepared.
     
        Once my Co-teachers asked me, how to teach in the class? My students are like this  and that. They are not able to get quickly. What do I do? I said, how do you teach or guide your own Son or Daughter at home? In the same way isn't it? He was shocked for a moment. Then I told, leave the desk and go to their eyes level. recognize their problematic areas and design drills and activities as per their problems and direct them in proper way.Don't lecture them.

Hence try to make your learners CREATIVE not mechanic.Because everything is already in them

Teacher just realize that the Learners of 21st century are very impatient so they want change quickly.

Stop Lecturing and Conduct group discussion,debate,peer learning,seminar, group or individual activities etc.in the class to get out their ideas and boost your learners.

Students come to school only to exercise their Brain not to listen your lecture.Education gives hope to live Happy,Contented and Healthy life.
