#CORONAvirus

      Corona is a virus. It spread from the city Wuhan of Chaina. Actually this is an epidemic disease so spreading rapidly in the world. Many people say that it is a bioweapon of China and some people say that  it is spread from the soup of bats. There are many misconception about it but it is really serious. Many people died due to this virus.
          Corona virus weight is 400 to 500 micron so it doesn't live or float in the air for long time. It is landed virus which spread  mostly just by touch. It spread only in two ways. Firstly when we come in the contact of affected person as he/s sneezing or coughing the virus transmit to other people. Secondly when we touch anywhere that time it stick to our hands and unknowingly we touch our hands to our mouth, eyes or nose that time it enters in our body.
          As it enters in our body, it stays in our throat dormant, inactive for fourteen days till we are unknown about it whether we're affected or not. After fourteen days it becomes active and its symptoms seem.  Initially its symptoms are not severe just as cold , cough, fewer, pains in throat and pains in the whole body etc. Initially we take it normally as a regular cold or cough. But after some days that normal symptoms turn into severe.
         Remedy to keep away from Corona. 

1) don't touch anywhere unnecessarily.
2) use sanitizer or soap to wash your hands.
3) use mask or handkerchief when you are in traveling.
4) don't go near crowdy places.
5) wash your hands regularly before touching to your face.
6) don't touch your face unnecessarily.
7) wash your mask or handkerchief regularly/daily then reuse.
8) don't travel to mostly affected places.
9) take advice of your doctor if any doubt.
10) always keep distance of 1 mitre or 3 feet from any person.
11) avoid to go out of your house.
12) work from home online.
13) eat healthy and purely cooked food.
14) try to avoid  cold drinks.
15) avoid mass-gathering programmes.
16) dry your clothes in sunlight for long time.
17)  exercise daily.
18)  join yoga classes.
19)  take good care of old people in your house.
20)  drink warm water.
21)  postpone your shopping or avoid shopping.
22)  stop purchasing online.
23)  cancel your pre-planned tour, trips.
24) avoid visiting tourist places.
25) cancel your business meetings.
26) wash your hands upto 20 to 25 seconds with soap or sanitizer.
27) clean your house and surrounding area.


Always keep in mind 

Prevention is better than cure.
Keep yourself clean,healthy and fit.
