TEACHER and his COMPETITORS

                Who are the competitors of teachers? Why do they become competitors of teachers?
We teachers never think about it because we are very sincere guys. We just think about our class and its educational problems not of their psychological barriers. We never go beyond it and never think beyond student's reading and writing problems. We daily go to school and do our job honestly but that's not enough in those days of science and technology. We daily teach our students but don't make research in our class. To make research we should play the role of teachers as well as psychiatrist to develop our class.
                 

When we enter the class, just focus  on  our teaching materials not on our dear students. It is our first mistake that we make daily in our class. First of all we should focus on our students to understand their psychology, to realise their mentality. Their is no need to teach them because students can by their pace we should not impose learning on them. It will be very monotonous to them. First of all we try to drag out what is there in their brain. What things are going on in their mind?
Because at home they are trained by our competitors.
Our competitors are very experts and they are very hard workers, I would say, more than teachers because our competitors play two roles to increase  numbers of their class. They play the role of psychiatrist and teacher. They form their syllabus according to their class and their interest. on the contrary we play only  one role that is of teacher and teach only what is there in the black ink in the book. We should teach that black ink lesson according to our student's interest  not for our own interest. Our competitors design syllabus in  such manner that they give priority to their students that's why the number of theirs class is increasing and ours is decreasing day by day.
            Our competitors are very peaceful and healthy and satisfied on the contrary we are ...
Our competitors are positive because they always think positive on the contrary we are...
Our competitors are not bound to time on the contrary we....
Our competitors use many,not many I would say all kind of material, aids, instruments, technology etc. to confine their audiences on the contrary we don't.....
Our competitors directly enter into the brain of their audiences but we can't. Our competitors are always looking for the interest of their audiences but we teachers are not.

       Our competitors are very spiritual and optimistic. They always accept challenges and face it happily. Why don't we?  I think we teachers are not positive, not spiritual and not optimistic.
If we think we are then why do people blame us from every community. We teachers transform the world, we are the nation builders although people blame us. Why ? I am very crazy.
         Our students are fond of our competitors because they attract them by designing interesting stories and whatever they like. Our competitors take into account  the taste of our students and compel them to sit in their class for long time with full devotion. I know you would be thinking about,who are our competitors? 
          Our competitors are film Stars, serials actors, sportsmen, celebrities and cartoons,animation ect.
    we have to compete them to persuade our students. For that we have to make a lot of efforts like change in behavior, change in communication, change in our standard of living and change in tackling with students change in the taste of our learners because we don't take into account that our learners compare us with our competitors. Therefore before teaching create such a healthy atmosphere that our learners will become our fond. Each teacher can do that only because of communication. It is the best weapon to convince anybody in the world. Throw out our negative thoughts and be positive and energetic. Reach to every student to realize his or her problems. Don't blame learners without knowing their problems and their psychology. Be happy among learners.

FAILURE - a LESSON

          

  Dear friends,
Failure is a lesson so pay attention towards it and be serious about failure, don't neglect. Nobody is succeeded in the very first attempt. Everybody has to climb some steps of failure then and then you'll get the green step of success if your efforts and attempts are true and honest.
             We should try again and again til we achieve success. After failure we should cling to our goal for success because repetition of attempts make us courageous,bold, adventurous and  really an experience holder person to face the challenges.
             
Friends how many times we failed, doesn't matter but how many attempts we made that's matter. Don't ashamed of failure because 'Time' is the greatest thing in the world. If your attempts, efforts are true, honest and sincere, time will definitely bring your reward to you.
              Failure is the biggest lesson to learn our feebleness.
              Failure is to know our drawbacks.
              Failure is a way to be a matured person.
     Failure is a medicine to be a perfect,a complete man.

            To digest
failure, friends, we must have patience. Patience is a remedy to be an affluent, a successful person. Look around you for successful people. How patient they are!
            One more important thing I want to share. Don't take anything lightly, gently in your life because a small hole can submerge a huge ship in the sea.

 

Once I was assigned a job to set a question paper for examination. It was term end examination. I took it with ease and hurriedly prepared a question paper and submitted without checking. I'd made big mistake in it that was I forgot to add extract in question paper. Even type writer also couldn't notice it. I realized what a big mistake I have done on the day of exam. After the exam I understood when I ponder over it.
       What's the reason of my mistake?
I got the answer that was I took it with ease.

So I would say we can't and never distinguish work as important and as frivolous because all works are same. Each task has its own significance at its level. Therefore I would say when you start to work do it with full devotion and dedication because your job is your identity in the world.

So be frank and work seriously because jobs are always assigned to responsible and reliable people that I  understood.

THE BOOK REVIEW

     

The Book Review

  How to write the book review? It is very confusing question among teachers and students.
Review a book means, it is a type of research. Research requires critical,analytical, evaluation and judgement. It is a part of composition skill. To compose poem, fiction, short -story, play etc. require treasure of vocabulary.
         Writing a
book review isn't just about summarizing. It's the opportunity to present a critical discussion of the book. For that a reviewer needs a accurate analytical reading with personal touch as well as reactions and arguments of unique perspective.
           Review is a critical evaluation of text, event and object etc.
            It is commentary not summary. Here we have to comment on the writing of the writer not to make the summary. Because of review and summary are completely different from each other. In reviewing a book, we make addition of our comments, on the contrary, while writing a summary, we just point out the gist of ......
             Reviews must be brief in newspapers and academic journals in about 1000 words.

In review,                                                             1)Introduction is the most important element to          catch the attention of the readers.
2)you should not add quotation marks of your own.
3) don't give ending remarks.
4)review is balanced. Share your honest opinions. It should be no more or no less.

Review is about the book not about the author. Therefore only focus on the writing, treatment of topic, on the characters, on the storyline, on the research and on the facts.
Reviewers job is to share opinions of the book. Don't go beyond it.

Focus on the writer's craft what style of language and vocabulary he or she has used.

Never say I loved the book or I hated it. Give reasons why do you love or hate it. Express yourself.

Title is the significant aspect of review. In title include author's name as well as title your piece of review as long as it refers in some way to the book. Hence, audience can realize it easily what they are reading about?
 
Try to explore the issues the book raises and provide your reactions to it. Assessed the book honestly.

-Give brief outline of the plot.
-Mention the genre.( Means form of the book )
-Compare the reviewed book with other books of the same writer.
-Discuss the characters. Especially protagonist   and antagonist.

Love, Compassion and Grief

   

     
Love means pure feelings to each other. I was 17years old. After 12th I was preparing to move to graduation. I went to college for admission.On the very first day, there was much crowd therefore I was just roaming in the campus.I was very happy about the glamorous atmosphere of the college as well as very excited to know about the faculty in the college. On that day I couldn't submit my admission form.
      I went very early on the next day to submit admission form to fix my admission in the college. When I was submitting my form in admission Windows, I saw right exactly in the opposite Windows there was a girl. She was very beautiful,charming and looking innocent. She was also doing the same. I was staring at her, for a moment I forgot myself and my admission. Fortunately she looked at me and realized that I am looking at her. We both submitted our forms. Instantly I left my windows and went to her side to see her. I was looking for her everywhere but she was no where. She was behind one of tree and from there was looking at me and my anxiety.
      After some days our lecture started. I was very happy and excited to see her on the very first day of my college. Fortunately I saw her in the college gate and follow her till the lecture hall. She entered into the hall and I too. I was staring at her and occasionally she was too. She had been realized that I am looking at her, I like her.
       Our story began in the lecture hall. We both were not hearing the lecture. What's going on in the hall we were completely unaware about it. After lecture there was recess we all came out. She was among her friends and I with my friends following them. Wow! what a smile it was! I was fond of her smile and her boldness.
       I thought,She was awaiting when I would propose her But I couldn't because it was my first
love. I hadn't any experience so I couldn't dare to propose her. We were just looking at each other for some months and nothing else. There was a big question who will start communication. Year passed but we couldn't dare to talk with each other. I was scared because if she said "no" then what?
       I was totally confused. In the second year my love story took strange turn. My close friend once asked me "yaar guys please help me. I love that girl very much and want to propose her." It was not his mistake because he was completely unaware about my emotional attachment with her.
I said, "Why don't you propose her?"
He said,that exactly I want to discuss  with you.
How to propose her?
        We planned together in my room. He wrote four pages
love letter to propose her. Whatever he wanted to say that all he had written in that letter. On the very last day of the first semester, he gave that letter to her and Said,read it at home.She accepted it and went through it and returned it on the very next day.
She said,"Sorry friend, you are wrong. Whatever you considered me I am not that type of girl."

After that incident, I  realized that if  I had proposed her I would have lost a good friend. So I couldn't dare.
With the passage of time,she became my best friend. She started sharing her personal issues with me. I was encouraging and supporting her.
      Once she missed her bus and after that there was no bus to go to her village. I went to drop her on my bike. During that journey I felt, she wouldn't reject me if I proposed her. I decided to tell her about my
love meanwhile she told me her tragic family matter. It was very shocking. She said, I have no brother. My mother couldn't beget baby boy so her father was always quarreling with her mother and remarried another woman. She cried a lot while sharing with me and I too and the feelings of my propose dissolved with tears.

   It was the last year. Exams over and we separated for further education in different cities. That time we had no cell phone because it was very rare. We couldn't contact each other. It was my true love so whole universe was trying to help me to reunite. What a coincidence it was! One day we met at one of the bus stop. We shared some personal and about educational issues and shared each other cell numbers.

We were talking a lot over cell phone but couldn't talk about feelings of
love though there was great attraction of each others. After some months she sent her wedding card and insisted to attend the marriage ceremony. I was speechless because it was shocking to me. After that we were disconnected for some years. One day she searched me on Facebook and sent me a friend request. I accepted it because I was very hungry to talk to her after so many years. Again we started talking with each other.
  But the thoughts of propose are still in my Psyche. After her marriage I wanted to propose because I wanted to escape from that Psyche to get relief from it.
  I did so.......
I proposed her and her reply was an eye opening
She said, " Dear time has gone."

Grief and Condolence

           

 Grief means intense sorrow which is caused by someone's death to whom our bond of love and affection,attachment was formed.

             We sink in grief when we lose something or someone loving , valuable and precious in our life. But actually I think we all living beings are temporary on this planet earth.we have particular lifespan to stay on the planet earth. It is certain after that we have to leave the earth immediately because we are just a puppet in the hand of someone else that is nothing but superpower in the nature.
        That power has a perfect watch on each and everything. No one can escape from its watch. I think we should not lament after losing someone or something because we came in this world with bare handed. Why should we lament for someone? It was just a friendship for uncertain period  this we should keep in mind.
        
      Knowledgeable people never grieve for loss in their life. They grieve for short periods of time because ultimately we have feelings. After that they engage themselves in their duty or goal of their life to welfare the society. But common people lament for long period of time.
Knowledgeable people always think that
                       
                         Grief never ends
                         but it changes
                         It is a passage
                         not a house to stay
                         Grief is a price of Love
                         That have to tolerate.
eg. Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam, Albert Einstein these people never turn back and mourn over their past when their family members passed away one by one because they knew their mission. One of the recent example of an epitome of Courage Late Dr. Stephen Hawking, one of the greatest scientist of the this century. In spite of suffering from a very rare and dreadful disease,he continued his research.
          It is just a philosophy. It is better to say and hear.
But what's about someone with whom we had spent some years, lived together, ate together, shared secrets,laughed and played together and left us within minutes. It's unbelievable and intolerable for people like us.

          But I request all my friends not to lament for those  who are not between us today because just think they are somewhere else.

        
Grief affects our whole body. It affects our appetite,digestion system, it also increases our heartbeats and respiration etc. It also makes our unnecessary muscles exertions. It also affects our sleep.

     Grief affects our psychological and cognitive changes like memory loss, confusion and oblivion.     So don't spoil your precious life for those who never come back.

         I would like to share one important grief story with you. Once there was a young, beautiful and charming girl called Mathilde. By an error of fate she was born in poor family. She hadn't well expensive dresses and ornaments to wear like other girls although she was happy with her parents because she was dreaming to be married in a aristocrat family. Unfortunately that's not happened because of her father's  poverty. She marry with a simple middle class man. She was dreaming well furnished house, good expensive dresses and ornaments etc.but she couldn't.
          Once her husband came home with invitation card in his hand. He gave it to Mathilde. He was very happy because it was the first time he was taking his beautiful wife to the party. But Mathilde wasn't ready to go to party because she thought she had no good dress to wear and no any ornaments to attend the party. Somehow she purchase good dress from her husband but in case of ornaments she went to her friend's house to borrow ornaments. Her friend gave her a necklace. Mathilde goes to the party with her husband. In that party she was looking beautiful than all other women. When she returned home that time she came to know that her  borrowed diamond necklace has been lost somewhere. She started crying
          Her husband was also very shocked because it was diamond necklace. Both were thinking how to return it. They tried to search everywhere but couldn't get it. So they went in jewelry shop to purchase the same one. They did by borrowing money from moneylenders. Purchase the same diamond necklace and return it to her friend. She incurred that grief and she started living distress , worried , nervous life. They have to suffer for ten years to pay the debt. During that period she lost her beauty and youth and she started  looking aged, old and lost her beauty. She started grieving for the loss. Mathilde herself was responsible to incur that grief upon herself. It was her greediness that compel her to do this meaningless thing in her life.
   
        So dear friends live happy and contented life and never lose your temper. To live happy life our fitness is very important. Both fitness mental and physical. To get out yourself from grief YOGA
is a perfect solution. Perform yoga daily to enjoy Happy and Healthy life. In those days we are leading very hectic life which affects our health.
So be patient cause we carry nothing with us while leaving this world except our psychology and thoughts.

MONALISA a MYSTERY

Many people in the world are reminded after their death only for their art. Today I would like to introduce about a famous personality in the world

Leonardo Da Vinci. Vinci is not a name belong to his sir name or else but it is a name of the place where he was born in Italy.

Leonardo was born on 15th April 1452 in a city Vinci of Italy. He was an artist  as well as scientist.  He is famous for his painting MONALISA.

It's a world famous painting yet. This painting has been made people to ponder over it. When we observe this painting, many questions arise in our mind about this painting and its artist Leonardo.

Monalisa's  smile has always been changed when we look at this painting in various angles. Many secrets are hidden in it but till yet no one could disclose it.

This painting is not portrayed on paper or clothes but it is portrayed on the wood which is used in those days for making skateboard. Leonardo started working on this painting in 1503 and worked till 1519. It means da Vinci had worked on this painting for 16 years.

Actually I would like to disclose on more important fact about this painting is that the name of this painting is misspelled. The real name is Monna  Lisa. It is Italian name. It means My Lady.

Neapolitan Bonaparte, a French ruler, was the biggest fan of this painting so he had hung it in his bedroom. Even the artist da Vinci  himself was very fond of his own painting 'Monalisa' so he was always keeping it with him.

In case of  auction,this painting is very expensive in the world for ever. In 14dec.1962 the auction of this painting was 100 million dollar means 680 cror rupees. Today its price is 790 dollar means 5380 cror rupees.

  Even today the whole world is confused about it that who is this lady in the painting because da Vinci has not left any clue about it.
Some people say that it is a pic. of his own Mother, some predict that da Vinci has portrayed himself in lady. Some say that it is a pic of his close friend's wife Lisa Gea Condo because once his friend requested him about that. But there's no any similarities between MONALISA and Lisa Gea Condo.

When we look at this painting from distance it seems that Monalisa smile but in close view to her lips seem disappointed.

Till this painting is a mystery for everyone.

TELEPATHY -BRAIN TECHNOLOGY

 Today I am going to tell about the most important technology that fascinated me a lot. In those days science is climbing the ladder of success higher and higher. Hundred years before we were unknown about flying but today we travel from one country to another, one planet to another. In the past a computer was very big and large but today it is portable. We can carry it anywhere with us. We hadn't been thinking about such transformation. It's impossible but becomes possible only because of science and technology.

             In present, we have been replaced all our body parts except brain. So scientists are working on it to find out new manifestation in the world. Today we travel taking an Android phone in our pocket but in future it won't be in our pocket instead of it will be directly in our brain and our brain will be connected to the Internet. Our will be used like a computer,we can download and upload many things in our brain. We think today is it possible?

             
But I would like you to make realized that there is nothing impossible to science. Science always thinks that whatever is impossible today, it will be possible tomorrow. Suppose , just imagine our brain is used as a computer, what will happen?
First of all we can store our brain data in hard drive. It means brain can be copied and stored for safety. In future there will be a microchip in our brain and with the help of that chip our brain will be connected to internet and it will be used as a computer. It is possible because our brain is functioning like electronic pulse. This system will be wireless due to microchip. In this system,we need not to talk.  eg. Suppose you want to speak to someone, you can convey it easily by connecting to other person by wireless system and transfer same data to other brain.

            It's also called TELEPATHY. Imagine person who are blind, dumb and deaf can take advantage of it on large scales.  eg. a person who is blind, can see the beauty of the world by connecting camera to the microchip as well as connecting microphone can listen to the people and connecting speaker can speak with others.
When this technology will come in to practice,there won't be any necessity of speaking because on can chat with others with the help of TELEPATHY.

              When you will be a victim of accident and unfortunately lost your memory though no problem because you can upload again stored data to get recovery of brain. Our school and college will be closed when telepathy will come in reality because whatever you want to learn,you can copy it from other and paste it in you brain and learn easily. One more important thing, you can upload your brain data to the robot's brain. Then the robot will think and behave like you, means the robot will become a clone copy of your. After you, your brain will be alive in the robot to see the beauty of the world.

      India is becoming a digital country.We Indians are on the verge of digital nation because we access internet in the cheapest price around us due to large number of people are using smart phone especially, in big cities. Many people around us approximately are purchasing online many things which are necessaries of life that proportion is out of.
        In those days online pharmacy is very important issue in our country. There are many Websites and Apps are available on internet which are beckoning customers to purchase medicines online. They are making propaganda of their advertisements through Newspapers,SMS and Emails etc. On large scales.
           They are giving attractive discounts on purchasing online medicines to allure customers. But customers shouldn't run behind such temporary pleasure because 'All that glitters is not gold'. So people should deal with it meticulously to take advantage of online purchasing especially of pharmacy.
          Online pharmacy means, whatever medicines we want that we directly purchase online at home. We get these medicines without any suggestions of physicians. It will be great menace to our health to take medicines without suggestions and prescription. It is also called Self Medication. While dealing with online pharmacy, we forget that some medicines are always kept under fixed temperature eg.Insuline,eye drops and Injections etc.
            So in case of online pharmacy, we get our medicines within 2 or 4 days after order. It means it can't guarantee of its merits and quality. The greatest threat of online pharmacy is mostly seems on young generations. Because young generation is dealing with it on large number.
          There are many rules and regulations for retail and offline pharmacy on the contrary, there are no any rules and regulations or laws available in our country yet. So do not play with our health.

TEXT-BOOK FREE EDUCATION

It is not that textbooks are only expensive,it is colourless and dull.Therefore children can learn more without it. In those days education means whatever given in the textbook that tried to stuff in children's head and that same they should recollect it and write the same in the answer sheet. Because of this system children are deprived of real education. In such system, there is no room to spur their creativity and intelligence.Due to they stay away from real education of knowledge. Similarly our text based exam system is also responsible to the failure of the youth in those days. When teachers of Maths,Science,History and Geography go to the class with textbook like language teachers, that indicates the limitations of their teaching and also seems the incomplete knowledge of concepts. Then the result is the class remained undeveloped. Because lack of real and practical life experiences. This happens in our classes only we have given a lot of significance to textbooks. Instead of we should give importance to information on application and analysis eg. any language teacher wants to teach news/report writing in the class. What should he or she do ? He tells students or takes them to the places where incidents have been taking place. And tell them to collect information from various sources about incidents. It will be very fruitful for students to be familiar with the concept of news/ report. They can't understand it only by showing newspapers in the class. 
          Why do I say textbook free education?
Because there are many limitations to textbooks eg. Words,figures as well as pages limitations due to information have been stuffened in short in the textbooks so students don't get thorough information in it. Why should one depend on it?
          One more important weakness of textbook I would like to share with you that's also important here. According to me,it is only textbook which creates stresses and strains among students because of its arrangement of information and language though students have to go through it because of our exams are text based. The consequences of this system is , our students are lagging behind at national and international levels. We must encourage them to go beyond textbook.

Review-BASKETFUL Of MOONLIGHT

Actually, it's very heart touching poem which is translated from Marathi into English. While reviewing this poem I remembered a very significant quotes.
                       "Great minds discuss ideas,
                          Middle minds discuss events and 
                          Average minds discuss people"

The boy who speaks through this poem is of great minds because great minds always tried to solve the problems of the society. The boy directly addresses to the Moon. O Moon
In this line, there is a figure of speech which is
APOSTROPHE because the boy directly addressed to the Moon which is non-living or dead thing. He demands Moonlight from the Moon. He not only wants its light but also wishes for some seeds which he wants to sow on the both sides of the road which leads from the city to his village.
      The question is, why does the boy want to do this? What is his intention behind this?
   
     Because the whole village goes to the city daily to do some work to earn for their daily lives. Amongst them his father is also goes daily to the city. The road they lead daily which is very tough and full of snakes, scorpions and full of stones and thorns. The road had many patches. So they can't walk fast on it. They had to walk slowly and cautiously on it. It was very time consuming to reach to the home.

      It was regular problem of the villagers so they were getting late home. Because of their delay there was no communication between father and the child. The boy was very excited to hear bed time stories from his father but not.
He wanted to chat and see his father but in vain.
     Because of the worst condition of the road they were getting late daily. There was neither bus nor any cart. The distance between the city and the village was to much. The boy was waiting for his dear father til late in night but in vain. When his father returns home that time the boy would be in deep sleep and in the morning when the boy gets up that time his father would have been departed early in the morning.                                                           Such true realistic picture portrayed by the poet throughout this poem which describes real conditions of worker's and labour's life in India. Poet's has used very beautiful images in the poem which are very suitable like snakes and scorpions.
      The figures of speech like ALLITERATION, REPETITION are used to enhance the quality of the poem.
       Language used in the poem is very simple and easy to comprehend. Through this poem the poet has thrown light on the life of  poor working class in the countryside of India.
        The boy wants to solve the problem by sowing the seeds of Moonlight on the both sides of the road to reduce the sorrow, pains, troubles of his father means of the whole villagers and wants to make them calm and peaceful in the cool light of the Moon.
