It is a collection of Myths,especially belonging to a particular religious or cultural traditions. In short,myth is a story of ancient times that belong to particular religion or culture or society etc.
Many great mythologies of the world are Greek mythology,Roman,and Indian mythology.

Many people think that ideas belong to mythology are true but that don't exist,in short , according to people Myths are false.e.g. whatever told in Mahabharata,Ramayana is true but people are doubtful about its existence.
According to me Myth is a creative foundation for each writer. No book can be completed without Myths. Mythology is the base of each book,especially in case of art and literature.
Mythology is deep rooted or resided in our psyche only because of religious and cultural inculcation. Myth would be in the form of actions,characters,metaphors,images etc.and many more which are recurring in various books of literature. In those days,Mythology is used in various movies too.
